These terms are between you and SwiftLab Ltd (“we”), the maker of Thimble. By using Thimble or subscribing to Thimble Pro, you agree to them.

Using Thimble

Thimble is a tool for managing your own apps on App Store Connect and Google Play Console. You’re responsible for the changes you make with it, and for having permission to manage the apps you connect. Your use of Apple’s and Google’s services is also covered by their terms.

Thimble Pro

• Thimble Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Bought in the app: billing, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms.
• Bought on this website: billing is handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If something’s gone wrong with a charge, email hello@swiftlab.co.uk.

No warranty

Thimble is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be free of errors or always available, and Apple’s and Google’s services are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Thimble.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and will update the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
